Hi!  My name is Tina and I am the founder of Sol Sister Sport. I’m a mom of five who spent her life in financial services and woke up one day and decided:

-       I want to play more tennis. (It is awesome in so many ways)

-       I want to serve my community.

-       I want to be my own boss.

-       I want to make everyone comfortable!

All normal stuff, right? 

And since I don't believe anyone should ever let a little thing like financial security get in the way of fulfilling their dreams, I started my own tennis (and pickleball!) clothing business after my five children launched. 

My vision

At the heart of it, I started Sol Sister Sport because I believe in the empowerment of women. I don't believe women should be limited --- in our potential, in our futures, or in our clothes.

My friends and I play tennis and pickleball and hike --- but we also run errands and drive carpools. We want comfortable leggings that we can wear anywhere. We want clothes that provide coverage (our bottoms!) but still look hip, cool, and stylish. Oh! and we want sun protection too. Is that too much to ask? No, it is not --- which is why I created the Sol Sister Two-in-One Skirted Leggings to allow us to go from play to work (if you have to!) or work to play....
