Raised by an atheist anthropologist, my life has been deeply focused in nature and how humans affect the environment and ecosystems.
Living in a small home in Tahoe, I practice living in harmony with nature which includes growing food, eliminating single-use packaging, veganism, and bike transportation.
My future plans include living off-grid and developing a homestead where we’ll be hosting campers interested in learning how to minimalize possessions, grow food, and live in tiny off-grid homes with a small flourishing community.
What is your favorite game or sport to watch and play? Mountain Biking…..I don’t watch sports…. [I DO watch the Superbowl every year….that’s fun]
If you could completely get rid of one month out of the year, which month would it be and why? Zero….i love them all
What is your favorite family recipe? Grandma Irene's Macaroni and Cheese
Where do you wear your 2-1's the most? I literally wear them ALL. THE. TIME. But I LOOOOOVE my bike shorts. They are perfect. I ride my bike every day and the Sol Sister bike shorts are perfect for my age group [50+].
Who is your hero? Jane Goodall, Boyan Slat, Greta, Angela Davis, David Attenborough, Malala, Rob Greenfield, and of course, Amy Sedaris :)
