At Sol Sister we refuse to accept the limitations that society puts on all women, and especially on women of a certain age. We believe that as older women we still have the right to feel young and spunky both on and off the court of life!

The idea of "enclothed cognition" proposes that the clothes we wear directly affect how we think and what we do. We want to spin this notion so that every woman, at every age, can feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside.

As two women who have struggled to find athletic clothes that make us feel as such, we are on a quest to design our apparel to incorporate both reserved class and cutting-edge style so that we, and every woman, can feel confident, energized and effortlessly beautiful.
