Refund policy

We are excited that you've tried our product and want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.  If any issues arise know that you can reach us at hello@solsistersport.com.

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange for another style, size, or color, send us an email at hello@solsistersport.com.  We will arrange to ship the replacement item and return unwanted merchandise.

Returns

If for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your items, we will gladly accept returns that meet two simple conditions:

1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached.  If the tags are not included in the return, there will be a $20 restocking fee.

2. Returns must be shipped within 90 days for a full refund.  Anything after 90 and up to 120 days for store credit.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sol Sister Sport, 35 Buena Vista Ave, Mill Valley, CA  94941.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.  You may also request a return label via email and we will deduct the shipping charge from the refund.
